Role Overview The XMO Analytics Data Analyst supports the Experience Management Office (XMO) by analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data related to Digital Employee Experience.
The role is responsible for transforming data from multiple sources into actionable insights, supporting Experience Level Agreements (XLAs), and enabling continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Analyze data collected through XMO processes to identify trends, patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and analytical reports using tools such as Power BI.
Support the definition, measurement, and reporting of Experience Level Agreements (XLAs).
Translate business requirements and employee experience challenges into analytical use cases and reporting solutions.
Collaborate with Experience Managers, DEM Tool SMEs, and other XMO stakeholders to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
Identify root causes and recurring issues through data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and quality across reports and dashboards.
Present analytical findings in a clear, concise, and business-oriented manner.
Monitor key experience metrics and proactively highlight areas requiring attention.
Support decision-making processes by providing timely and reliable analytical information.
Maintain documentation related to reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical methodologies.
Participate in stakeholder meetings to review performance trends and recommend improvement actions.
RequirementsExperience Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar Analytics role.
Experience within Experience Management, Digital Workplace, Employee Experience, or IT environments is preferred.
Hands-on experience working with structured datasets, reporting, and business analytics.
Experience supporting performance measurement and reporting initiatives.
Technical Skills Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
Hands-on experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools.
Ability to build interactive dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards.
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and KPI reporting.
Ability to analyze large datasets and identify actionable business insights.
Experience working with data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes.
Business & Analytical Skills Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Strong business analysis and critical thinking skills.
Ability to transform analytical findings into business-focused recommendations.
Understanding of performance metrics, employee experience indicators, and reporting frameworks.
Communication & Stakeholder Management Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) and Digital Employee Experience concepts.
Exposure to Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) data and workplace analytics.
Knowledge of reporting governance and performance management frameworks.
Experience supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
