Role Overview

The XMO Analytics Data Analyst supports the Experience Management Office (XMO) by analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data related to Digital Employee Experience. The role is responsible for transforming data from multiple sources into actionable insights, supporting Experience Level Agreements (XLAs), and enabling continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data collected through XMO processes to identify trends, patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and analytical reports using tools such as Power BI.
  • Support the definition, measurement, and reporting of Experience Level Agreements (XLAs).
  • Translate business requirements and employee experience challenges into analytical use cases and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with Experience Managers, DEM Tool SMEs, and other XMO stakeholders to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Identify root causes and recurring issues through data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and quality across reports and dashboards.
  • Present analytical findings in a clear, concise, and business-oriented manner.
  • Monitor key experience metrics and proactively highlight areas requiring attention.
  • Support decision-making processes by providing timely and reliable analytical information.
  • Maintain documentation related to reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical methodologies.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to review performance trends and recommend improvement actions.
