Job Description
Investigate and resolve data entry issues and provide support and troubleshooting for multiple applications. Provide clients with technical support as needed and relay information to our development teams for ongoing maintenance and update needs. Refers major software problems to development department for correction. Utilize SQL to query databases for troubleshooting testing scenarios. Perform installations / updates to new / existing clients.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferable. Experience with SQL is a must. Experience in a customer-facing role. Experience with deploying different applications on various application servers. Experience with ERP or HMS systems is a huge plus. Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving. Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly. Excellent communication skills.* Very Good command of English.
