Area Manager - Restaurants

Job Context: working as an Area Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple restaurants within a designated geographical area. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a focus on driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The position involves:

• Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures across all restaurants in the area.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, including food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement operational improvements and initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly.
• Optimize day-to-day activities
• maintaining financial reports and achieving targets
• Motivating and monitoring staff to meet their targets and helping them to achieve their goals
• Providing training opportunities or development programs for their staff
• Implementing action plans that lead to change or improvement
• Ensuring quality control of products and customer service across their area Complete daily activity reports
• Perform daily management duties.

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven 4 Years of experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in multi-unit operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
