We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking candidate to join our established and growing team in Egypt.

You’ll be responsible for:
Responsible for the day-to-day site activities, and coordinate with the contractors and consultants.
Review of consultant and contractor designs, RFIs, technical proposals.
Monitor the schedule of site works and engineering process.
Coordinate with the client and implement changes according to the change management plan.
Recording coordination meetings
Maintaining the record and tracking of the engineering, site issues, and appropriately acting in case of any non-compliance.
Follow-up the close out process, including testing & commissioning, and documents.
Support commercial team in valuation of works, change control and claims.
Participate in the preparation of project's reports
Managing value engineering process and review of its documents.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering.
Extensive experience.
Ability to manage multiple works packages in parallel.
Have knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems
Ability to maintain proper records and tracking.
Having experience in Value Engineering is preferred.
Accredited in Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
Having contractual knowledge according to FIDIC
