Job Description

  • Establish and lead the development of Raya Distribution mobile application’s digital acquisition including building the roadmap, defining tactics, overseeing execution, budget management and reporting results
  • Build and execute a data-driven roadmap to scale and optimize the media portfolio through iterative testing across all acquisition touchpoints
  • Mainly responsible for customer acquisition via all online channels supporting electronics distribution
  • Manage a number of related work streams to achieve desired business results, planned profitability levels, quality standards, and highest-level customer satisfaction
  • Own the digital customer acquisition strategy and a growing customer base
  • Define and implement acquisition and growth strategy across all distribution digital channels
  • Exploring opportunities on marketplaces and other acquisition channels
  • Responsible for the growth of digital sales and digital service adoption
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new products and self-service flows on the eCommerce and App/Web Portal platforms, supporting and influencing digital marketing campaigns and offers, improving online journeys to increase conversions, and undertaking test and development efforts to enhance capabilities and improve platform reliability and performance
