Job Overview:



LAWAZEM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Manager to join our team. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to proposal submission. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver winning bids that meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bid management principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Lead the bid management process for strategic opportunities, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, ensuring timely and compliant submissions. Collaborate with sales, technical, and subject matter experts to develop compelling bid responses that address client needs and differentiate our solutions/services. Conduct thorough analysis of bid requirements, including evaluation criteria, scope of work, and contractual terms, to develop bid strategies and win themes. Coordinate and lead bid kickoff meetings, bid strategy sessions, and proposal development workshops to align stakeholders and define action plans. Manage the bid response schedule, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with client requirements and company branding guidelines. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information, data, and supporting documents for inclusion in bid submissions. Conduct post-bid debriefs and lessons learned sessions to capture feedback and identify areas for process improvement. Maintain bid-related documentation, templates, and knowledge repositories to support future bid efforts.

Requirements



Proven experience in bid management or a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry. Proven experience in using Etimad Portal. Strong understanding of bid management principles, processes, and best practices. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids concurrently. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in written work. Ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other bid management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Fluency in Arabic and English.
