What You’ll Do !!
Lead our dynamic body and paint refurbishment section, overseeing the transformation of vehicles to meet Sylndr's quality benchmarks.
Manage and inspire a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver top-quality results efficiently and on time.
Maintain meticulous inventory control of materials and supplies essential for our refurbishment operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine processes and enhance the Sylndr experience for our customers.
