Business Developer Specialist

Rekrut is currently Hiring for one of our clients a talented and proactive Business Development Specialist to join their team.
Industry: Food & Beverage.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
● Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for growth within the E-commerce food & beverage sector.
● Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and feedback to inform business decisions and  optimize product offerings.
2. Strategic Partnership Development:
● Identify and evaluate potential partners, suppliers, and vendors within the food & beverage industry.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating favorable terms and agreements to support business objectives.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership strategies and ensure seamless integration of new products and services.
3. New Business Acquisition:
● Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities and expand market presence.
● Prospect and qualify leads, leveraging industry knowledge and insights to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
● Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our platform.
4. Revenue Growth and Performance Tracking:
● Set ambitious revenue targets and develop action plans to achieve sales goals, monitoring progress against KPIs and metrics.
● Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
● Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
5. Product Development and Innovation:
● Work closely with product development teams to identify new product opportunities and enhancements based on market insights and customer feedback.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize feature requests and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid ( On site 1-2 days per week)
- Working days: From Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM/ Flexible
- Location: El Sheikh Zayed (Alexandria Desert Road), Cairo
