Talent 360 is now hiring Business Development Executive to join our team .
Responsibilities:
- To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sell Services by establishing contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goal
- Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
- Track sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
- Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field
- 6 Months to 1 year of sales experience
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Well appearance with good manners
- Talkative with strong communication skills
Work conditions:- Working hours : from 9:00 to 5:00 OR from 10:00 to 6:00
- Fridays and Saturdays are off
