Description
Responsibilities
Coordinate, dispatch, and manage all incoming calls and digital dispatch
Communicate daily with drivers and customers
Oversee and ensure deliveries and pickups are made on time to ensure accuracy
Provide ongoing coaching to each employee concerning quality, reliability, accountability, and productivity
Support a daily operation by being punctual,
Requirements
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Fresh Graduates up to 2 years of experience preferably in a call center. Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs. At least Good level of English.
