We believe that children should not have to compromise their best years due to long waiting lists and ineffective costs. Building on our tremendous success over the past three years, we are expanding our flagship service: the School Integration Program. As we grow to serve more families and reach new horizons, we are excited to announce that we are currently hiring Freelance Supervising Psychologists/Case Supervisors. 
About the Job:
As a Freelance Supervising Psychologist/Case Supervisor , you will serve as a vital support system for our practitioners, offering your knowledge and on-field guidance. You will play a key role in providing flexible guidance to all parties involved, including parents, ensuring that children receive the best possible support.
More Details About the Role:
  • As a Freelance Supervising Psychologist, you will have the flexibility to attend school meetings and parent meetings, providing invaluable insights to support the child.
  • You will be available to offer on-field guidance and knowledge support to practitioners who require assistance.
  • Your responsibilities will include maintaining prepared portfolios and updating documentation related to any matches you have supported, ensuring a smooth handover for future peers.
  • Parents will have the opportunity to book consultation sessions with you as an additional service, either on a regular basis or as needed.
  • You will join our Training and Development Department, conducting and reporting on necessary training sessions for our practitioners, enabling them to feel supported, confident, and continuously developed during their time with CIPPO.

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Possesses C2 English proficiency.
  • Holds a Master's degree in psychology, along with extra diplomas and grades in relevant areas (preferrabel)
  • Has a Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Brings a minimum of four years of hands-on experience working with children.
  • Prior experience in a similar position, such as school counseling, therapy clinics, or educational/therapeutic centers, is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Exhibits strong communication and listening skills.
