Job Purpose
Analyze B2C BU KPIs and revenue, validate offers and proposals, identifies and raises flag upon recognizing change in trend that may impact the segment revenue or profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Receives budget input from the commercial team. Reviews validate and challenge the budget input. Build up the full budget of B2C. Meets with commercial department to discuss assumptions Identifies key risks and opportunities in the financial KPIs Performs analysis for the revenue and cost, identifies key variances from budget Meets with commercial team on monthly basis to discuss variances and reasons behind the variance Build up business cases from commercial pricing team inputs. Make sure that the agreed margin is covered, and profitability margin sustained. Validates and provides constructive challenge for key assumptions Performs sensitivity/what if analysis Identifies risks and opportunities in the business case Provides recommendation of go/no go Identifies any change in trends, raise flags for any budget threat Meet with Commercial team to discuss trends and corrective actions if needed Read thoroughly B2C contracts and partnership agreements. Make sure the terms and conditions match with the business case Make sure the payment terms are in alignment with the Finance criteria
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Experience:
- 7 to 9 years of experience in the same function.
Skills and abilities:
- Very good English both spoken and written.
- Very good computer skills.
- Strong Customer Orientation.
- Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility & ability to work in a team.
- Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude.
- High sense of time management.
