Job Description

Responsibilities Lead the commercial planning strategy for Egypt BU team inline with the company direction. Responsible for leading & supporting BU with the development of the IGP, AOP, Quarterly forecasts and rolling forecast. Responsible for upward communication and preparing presentations on BU business performance to Egypt Management Teams. Ensure the financial planning models (P&L, B/S and Cash Flow) updates for the AOP/Forecast. Ensure the submission of planning and extraction of planning & actual data to/from the Company’s system Work comfortably with the Company’s local system (SAP) to extract, validate and reconcile actual data. Provide analysis of current business results vs. Plan/Forecast highlighting opportunities and risks Work closely with the accounting team to proactively identify actual vs. Forecast gaps and adjust for them. Supervises the delivery of value-added cross-functional planning support (e.g. Task force presentation, payout analyses, etc...) Provide senior management with periodic reviews of the channels performance and profitability per channel. Provide Post assessment reviews for the commercial function major initiatives and ensure targets achievement. Ensure periodic MC reporting and analysis. Supervises local financial analysis projects (new innovations launches, marketing analysis and promotions). Lead on all sector alignment and reporting Work closely with the control team to proactively identify actual vs. Forecast on major Operating expenses performance, KPIs. Qualifications Key Skills/Experience Required: Communication skills, business & financial background, Knowledge: Finance & Accounting background Education: BA degree in Finance and Accounting Prior Work Experience: 13+ years of experience Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required. Problem Solving: This job holder requires to have the ability to work independent, team up with other functions, higher ability to provide solutions and recommendation to the business. Planning Ahead: This job requires a lot of planning ahead while organize work, developing procedures, calendars and deliverables. Innovation: This job holder has to back the work with new ideas to facilitate work either through new system or processes Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft office, numerical & analytical skills,, presentation skills, high level of communication skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in teams.
