To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[Continuous Improvement - NYS Engineer]] in our plant in [[Fayoum]].

Detailed description of main activities:

- Support the implementation of Yazaki System within the plant and the application within the shop floor.
- Coordinate the implementation of the Master Plan for MOTO "Fundamentals of Shop floor Management".
- Facilitates and coordinates the Yazaki fundamentals Setup in the plant with related departments.
- Ensure and continuously audit the standards level in "Training center" in line with the Yazaki system.
- Ensure the basic training level is always up to date and aligned with the Yazaki Standard.
- Continuously assess the skill level of the Production Trainers.
- Support and implement the standard shop floor visualization methodologies.
- Coordinate the Kaizen events with the cross functional teams.
- Identify improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders on improvement plans to maximize productivity and quality.
- Ensure and promote YAZAKI Way of thinking within own organization.

Job Qualifications:

- BSc. Engineering.

- 0~3 Years of experience preferred in same industry.

- Background: Continuous Improvement / Industrial Engineering / Production Management.

- Ability to lead & train.
