About the Role We’re looking for a CRO Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team.
In this role, you’ll focus on improving our website and subscription journey to turn more visitors into registered users and paying subscribers.
You’ll work closely with the Performance Marketing, Product, Design, Content, and Development teams to understand user behavior, identify where users drop off, and find ways to improve the overall conversion rate.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze the user journey from the first website visit to registration and subscription.
Identify where users drop off and find ways to improve the conversion funnel.
Review and optimize landing pages, CTAs, registration pages, subscription pages, and checkout flows.
Plan and run A/B tests on pages, content, CTAs, forms, and user journeys.
Use data and user behavior insights to identify conversion problems and suggest improvements.
Monitor website performance using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar tools.
Work with the Performance Marketing team to understand traffic quality and improve the post-click experience.
Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Design, Content, and Development teams to implement improvements.
Track key metrics such as Conversion Rate, Subscription Rate, Bounce Rate, Funnel Drop-off, and CPA.
Turn data and user insights into clear and practical recommendations.
Test, measure, and continuously improve the website and subscription experience.
Prepare regular reports on CRO performance, test results, and key findings.
Stay up to date with CRO, UX, analytics, and experimentation best practices.

2+ years of experience in CRO, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Analytics, or a related field.
Experience optimizing websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
