POSITION OVERVIEW: The Creative Admin & Copywriting Coordinator supports the creation of compelling concepts, presentations and written content that strengthen TGP International’s proposals, client deliverables and business development activities.
The role supports creative teams with admin, copy, templates, formatting and research.
It should support creative development but not replace the creative thinking of the team.
Key Responsibilities Creative Admin & Templates • Develop and maintain presentation templates, proposal templates and working document formats.
• Keep TGP templates clean, current and easy for teams to use.
• Format documents and presentations into TGP standard.
• Support moodboard formatting, image sourcing and image edits.
• Support spellchecking, consistency checks and final document reviews.
Concept & Copywriting Support Develop creative narratives and concept descriptions for hospitality, F&B and destination projects.
Produce engaging copy for presentations, proposals and marketing collateral.
Design and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
Source and curate imagery to support concepts and client documents.
Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand messaging across all materials.
Collaborate with Advisory, Branding, Design and Business Development teams.
Support brainstorming sessions and contribute to concept development.
Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, accuracy and professionalism.
Support copywriting and translation in TGP tone of voice.
Translate presentations, proposals and company documents into Arabic where required.
Review Arabic copy to ensure it follows TGP tone of voice and Saudi Arabic where needed.
Support Arabic copy and Saudi Arabic tone where required.
Help turn rough team inputs into clear presentation copy.
Brand Development Support • Support OS&E specification lists.
• Support uniform specification notes and supplier brief content.
• Support mood image edits and visual references.
• Help prepare supplier-facing briefs where required.
• Support brand development teams with admin and adhoc creative tasks.
Ways of Working • Use AI as a support tool for formatting, drafting, translation and admin.
• Attend relevant team updates to understand TGP creative standards.
• Keep tasks visible in Asana with clear status updates.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Design or a related field.
Excellent English writing and editing skills.
Strong PowerPoint and visual presentation capabilities.
Experience in copywriting, storytelling or proposal development.
Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Hospitality, tourism or branding experience is an advantage.
Excellent Arabic and English writing skills.
Strong document formatting and proofreading skills.
Confident using PowerPoint, Word and shared document systems.
