About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Advisor Manager to be Sylndr’s ambassador and help us improve the experience of our customers. As a customer Advisor Manager, your main goal will be enhancing the customer experience through effective management of the team of our customer advisors. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their interactions with our company.  

What you'll do


  • Lead and motivate a team of customer advisors across Sylndr’s locations to deliver outstanding customer service and support. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience, including streamlining processes and enhancing communication channels. 
  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement training programs as needed. 
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for enhancements. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and retention. 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to customer experience management. 

Who you are


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field. 
  •  Proven experience in a customer service or customer experience management role. 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. 
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
