Scope :


This role is focus in maintaining database by entering new and updated customer and account information. You will also involve in coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.


Responsibilities : 


•Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
•Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
•File Creation.
•Archiving.
•Updating of  PSA BDP systems.
•Recording Cost & Revenue in systems, Invoicing, Invoice dispatch.
•Documentation and filing.


Qualifications / Experience


•Bachelor’s Degree
•Fast and accurate on data entry into various systems. ​
•Knowledge in SAP, ERP systems, computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite
•Good written and spoken communication skills.​
•General knowledge of International shipping and freight forwarding practices is an advantage.​
•A minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience in Data Entry  / shipping documentation
