Job Description We are seeking an experienced Data Platform Engineer (Informatica Administrator) to manage, optimize, and maintain enterprise Informatica environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration of Informatica platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and smooth operation of ETL and data integration services.
Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Informatica BDM, AXON, EDC, IDQ, and related Informatica components.
Manage repositories, integration services, workflows, and ETL job scheduling.
Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and ensure reliable data processing.
Perform performance tuning of workflows, mappings, and integration services.
Manage user access, roles, and security configurations.
Support environment upgrades, patching, and migrations across Development, Production, and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.
Implement automation and support CI/CD pipelines to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor platform health and performance using tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana.
Collaborate with data engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Informatica Administration or Data Platform Engineering.
Technical Skills Strong experience with Informatica BDM, AXON, EDC, and IDQ.
Experience managing ETL repositories, integration services, and workflow execution.
Knowledge of CI/CD automation and environment migration practices.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana.
Understanding of data platform scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
