• Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data engineers, and business analysts, to identify data-driven solutions to complex business problems.
• Design and implement data pipelines and workflows to collect, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in data.
• Build and deploy predictive models and forecasting algorithms to support business forecasting and planning activities.
• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and evaluate emerging technologies for potential application in the organization.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in data management and governance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Proficiency in machine learning techniques and algorithms, including regression analysis, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools, such as SQL, Hadoop, Spark, and distributed computing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Good verbal & written communication skills.
• Experience of contributing to proposal writing, presentations, and pre-sales activities.
• Demonstrate an understanding of AI/ML.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Skilled in Cloud solutions like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, preferably in a software or technology environment.
