Description
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies and campaigns. Assist in conducting market research and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers. Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, such as corporate events and conferences. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager. Help maintain and update the company website and other digital platforms with relevant and engaging content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements
+ At least 2 years of experience in marketing positions is required.
+ Proficiency in English language is mandatory.
+ Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong desire to learn and develop within a dynamic marketing environment.
+ Knowledgeable about IT or Software industry.
+ Hands on LinkedIn as a marketing tool.
+ Excellent communication skills.
