Job Description

We are an innovative company launching a new platform designed to enhance our international sales and marketing efforts. As we expand our digital footprint, we are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to oversee and connect various tasks within our dynamic team
The Digital Project Manager will be pivotal in ensuring the timely execution and alignment of all project components as we design and launch our new platform. This role demands a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, LinkedIn social media management, international sales, and email marketing. The successful candidate will work on an hourly basis, providing direct supervision, facilitating team collaboration, and executing the vision and instructions of the General Manager to achieve project milestones

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget. Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, managing timelines and resources effectively. Work closely with the SEO specialists, social media specialists , sales teams, and marketing personnel to ensure a cohesive and successful launch. Monitor and report on the project’s progress to the General Manager Provide direct supervision and support to the team, enhancing work performance through clear direction and motivation. Implement the General Manager's directives precisely to meet project milestones. Facilitate communication across all team members to ensure alignment and efficient execution of project tasks. Engage with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role with a strong track record in digital marketing and project management. Deep understanding of SEO, LinkedIn, social media strategies, international sales, and email marketing. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with a strong emphasis on time management and proactive problem-solving. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Ability to interpret and execute upper management vision and project requirements. Experience in working with international teams and projects is highly preferred.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
