Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including website and MyAXA mobile App as our main digital assets and their on-going enhancements & releases
Communication skills are key to collaborate effectively with various teams as well as being methodical and having excellent time management skills
Owner and technical lead of My AXA mobile app, AXA Public Website, External portals & Liferay DXP
Owner of Analytics Implementation (Facebook & Google Analytics) and tag management as well as managing lead generation analytics
Define the prioritization, architecture and end solutions for the overall digital technology stack and work with internal stakeholders to ensure development streams are properly set up for successful delivery
Responsible for planning, analyzing, reviewing and delivery of digital projects across AXA's Digital assets
Setting and delivering on the yearly Digital road map & owner of the Digital assets budget
Leading External Vendors & In-house Developers related to the Digital assets
Overseeing the digital channel’s maintenance, hosting, and security & licensing of platforms where applicable.
Skills
Candidate Qualifications:
Business Knowledge/Technical Skills:
3-5 years’ experience in Digital channels management and Digital solutions implementation
Strong analytical skills
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Strong knowledge of Liferay and Liferay DXP
Strong knowledge of web design best practices
Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS
Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
Excellent organization and time management skills
Communication (Verbal and Written) and team management skills
BSc in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or relevant field
