We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to join a luxury resort in Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and brand growth for our prestigious clients.

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
• Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to sales and marketing efforts
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and make informed business decisions
• Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management
