They are going through very fast growth this year and are looking to welcome an experienced Electrical Tendering Engineer " OHTL ".

What will you do:

• Prepare tender documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, bill of quantities, and other necessary documents .
• Conduct technical analysis of project requirements, including line design, material specifications, construction methodologies, and safety standards. involves analyzing project scope, materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors to determine project costs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  
• Studythe inquiries and specifications of customers to make a suitable design with optimum cost.
• Analyze project scope, materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors to determine project costs.
• Coordinate the overall bid management process, including organizing bid teams, setting deadlines, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary inputs for the bid.
• Identify potential risks and constraints associated with OHTL projects, develop risk mitigation strategies, and incorporate them into the tendering process.
• Maintain accurate records of tendering activities, prepare reports on tender outcomes, budget variance analysis, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.:
• Apply technical standards and procedures in all tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist in hand over the project related papers and documents to the executive team in case of being awarded.
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.

What do they expect from you:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• +5 years experience in Tendering department handling substations.
• Experience in Extra High Voltage or High Voltage Substations is a must.
• Speaking and Writing of English language fluently.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background of designing substations is a plus.
