Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the support and operation of enterprise and banking applications within the organization.
  • Lead a team of application support professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and stability of all enterprise and banking applications, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.

  • Develop and implement best practices and processes for application support and operation, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage system upgrades, patches, and migrations for enterprise and banking applications.
  • Monitor the performance and capacity of application infrastructure, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or performance issues.
  • Manage and maintain documentation for applications, including configuration details, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in enterprise and banking applications, recommending and implementing enhancements or new solutions.
