Entrepreneurship Trainer

Enroot, a development consulting firm with a primary focus on fostering economic development, is looking to hire an Entrepreneurship Trainer to join us on a project basis.
Job Description: 
- Develop curriculum and training materials for entrepreneurship programs
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions on business startup and management
- Mentor aspiring entrepreneurs, providing guidance and support
- Assist with business planning, market research, and financial management
- Provide feedback and coaching to individuals or groups on their business ideas and strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in entrepreneurship
- Collaborate with other trainers or experts to enhance program effectiveness
- Evaluate participant progress and adjust training strategies as needed
- Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment for entrepreneurs
Job Requirements: 

• Previous experience as an Entrepreneurship Trainer as must 
• Bachelors degree in Business or similar field
• English proficiency 
• Confident, creative and positive-spirited
