A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different , but you’ll mostly be:
Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds Directing daily kitchen activities as well as coaching and developing a team capable of catering to more than 500 people Encouraging and addressing guest feedback Helping our Food and Beverage Director plan events Working closely with the finance team to forecast, plan and budget
What we need from you
Degree or certificate in culinary arts 5 years’ experience in the same position At least one year in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience Experience in a large venue with multiple outlets, significant capacity events, and outside catering up to 1.000 pax Large-scale kitchen renovation or at least pre-opening experience MEA experience required Divers’ Ethnic cuisine experience such as Thai, Italian, Oriental

High degree of emotional intelligence and leadership qualities Creative and conceptual thinking Strong HACCP leader Operational/hands-on approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel peers and clients/vendors Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Applies a professional, confidential, and ethical approach at all times. Works in a safe, prudent, and organized manner. Ability to think outside the box and reinvent F&B concepts with a WOW factor
