Export Specialist

Job Description:

Planning transport routes by carrying out a detailed study of cost-effective trade routes

Planning best means of transport to meet the cost as well as time barriers

Ensuring the safe delivery of goods by handling and taking proper care of goods during transport

Prepare and manage all the necessary documents required for carrying out domestic

Verify the delivery of goods according to the customer specifications and ensuring that deadlines are met

Collaborating AR and Finance regarding payments and credit facilities with the payments on behalf of the client or organization and maintaining proper account reconciliation

Ensure whether the rules and regulations are met by maintaining the information about licenses and tariffs

Open new export markets in Africa, middle east and Europe

Follow-up on export process (Packing, Production, shipping lines and banks)

charging, costing and arranging the movement of goods and flow of paperwork to ensure Customs clearances are obtained quickly and deliveries are made in time

Responsible for managing the full export process for a shipment, from start to finish.

Arranging and completing all associated paperwork, which documents the nature of the goods being Exported are legitimate.
