Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM Central Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Narrative Support: Provide personalized advice and solutions to writers, helping them navigate storytelling challenges and make the most of our AI writing platform.

  
  

• Content Creation: Contribute to our blog with posts about fiction writing, sharing insights, tips, and inspiration that can help writers of all levels.

  
  

• Community Engagement: Foster a supportive and engaging community atmosphere, encouraging writers to share their stories and feedback.

  
  

• User Guidance: Assist users in exploring and utilizing platform features to enrich their storytelling process.

  
  

• Story Development Assistance: Offer constructive feedback and suggestions to users seeking to flesh out their stories more fully.

  
  

• Customer Support: Resolve customer problems via email and chat with high EQ and a playful tone.
