Finance Manager
Cairo Operations – Accounting & Finance / Full Time / On-site
Responsibilities:
+ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
+ Manage the financial reporting process, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
+ Monitor and analyze financial data, providing key insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
+ Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
+ Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and tax filings.
+ Stay updated on accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting professional growth.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
+ 5-8 years of experience
+ CPA or CMA certificate is a must.
+ Proven experience as a Finance Manager, or in a similar senior accounting role.
+ In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
+ Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
+ Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
+ Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing a team.
+ Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
+ Fluent in English & Arabic
