Role Purpose

The Front-End Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, high-performance user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The role ensures that digital products deliver exceptional user experiences while adhering to architectural standards, security requirements, and coding best practices. The Front-End Developer collaborates closely with UX/UI Consultants, Back-End Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to translate design concepts and business requirements into intuitive and scalable digital experiences.




Key Accountabilities
  • Develop responsive web and mobile interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and technologies.
  • Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality production code.
  • Implement reusable components and front-end libraries.
  • Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Integrate front-end applications with APIs and back-end services.
  • Ensure compliance with secure coding standards and development best practices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct unit testing and support automated UI testing.
  • Participate in code reviews and continuous integration practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and defects.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Excellent command of English.


Must have technical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS
    • JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
    • React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
    • Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI
  • Experience with testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, NgRx, Pinia).
  • Knowledge of web performance optimzation and accessibility (WCAG).
  • Understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP).
  • Relevant certifications in modern front-end technologies are an advantage.
