Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. Position Overview
As a Fund Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of employment fund projects targeting youth within our organization. Your primary focus will be on managing budgets and cash flows, stakeholder relationships, reporting, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Additionally, you will be tasked with driving impact and meeting targets, collaborating with local, regional, and international partners, and actively participating in steering committees.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Monitor cash flows and expenses, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Generate regular reports on project progress, budget status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Set clear goals and targets for project outcomes, and establish metrics to measure success and impact.
- Drive initiatives that contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives and mission.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and international partners to align project activities with broader strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in steering committees and governance meetings to provide updates on project status, discuss key decisions, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Work collaboratively with committee members to drive strategic direction and alignment across projects.
