Job Description

Timely reports the group financial results and scheduled reports
Responsible for the control environment, internal controls and the execution of the company SOPs related to the finance department.
Signs off the statuary financial statements and controls the overall audit process.
Performs upfront budgetary controls in collaboration with the FP&A
Ensures compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
Maintain sound harmonized accounting process across all the group entities and location to facilitate the business flows and ensure consistency.
Ensuring the company is fully compliant with laws, accounting standards and filing requirements.
Provides support to the internal audit in executing the audit plan and program across the group.
Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and integration of all financial data
Managing and developing the company’s financial and cost controllers
Ensures and manages the execution of the business partnership model with all functions.
Ensures the proper utilization of available system tools (MS dynamics)
