About the Role The Growth Analyst role's main responsibilities will be managing Bosta customer base growth and healthiness, hence this function will be focusing on delivering sustainable growth by looking over Bosta customer growth, retention, and even customer LTV to make sure that we are delivering sustainable growth. In this role, you will be working closely with the media buying and telesales team on cracking the acquisitions and activations, also will be working with the product team on enhancing the product to better fit our customer needs and deliver the best output in terms of growth and retention and finally, you will be working with the data team on the needed analytics, segmentations, and automation.
Responsibilities:
Managing Bosta customer base funnel and lifecycle, Acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Working closely with the Telesales team to make sure that the new activation targets are achieved.
Working closely with the media buying team on the CAC optimization and enhancing the customer LTV.
Working closely with the data and analytics team to secure the needed visibility for all Bosta KPIs and automate the needed offerings and growth hacks.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in a Growth Analysis role.
Good management skills for internal and external stakeholders.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills.
