Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising: Develop, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more, ensuring maximum efficiency and return on investment.
Community Management: Foster the growth and engagement of our online communities across various platforms. Engage with users, manage interactions, and create a positive brand experience.
Content Monetization: Innovate and implement content monetization strategies that harmonize with our marketing goals and enhance revenue potential.
Legal Compliance: Oversee digital campaign compliance with all relevant legal standards, including copyright and data privacy laws.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track digital campaign performance using analytics tools, report findings, and leverage insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
Staff Training and Development: Lead professional development initiatives by training staff in digital marketing best practices and tools.
Emerging Technologies and Trends: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest digital marketing technologies and trends, integrating new approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
Brand Advocacy: Develop brand advocacy programs that transform customers into active promoters, amplifying the brand message and bolstering reputation.
Project Management: Drive end-to-end project management for digital marketing initiatives, from planning and execution to performance analysis.
Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic marketing planning, aligning digital campaigns with overarching business objectives.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with diverse teams, leveraging collective expertise to craft effective and cohesive digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with digital marketing certifications favored. Proven experience in executing successful digital advertising campaigns and managing online communities. A strong background in content strategy with a focus on monetization. Expertise in legal compliance and performance analysis for digital content. Demonstrated leadership in training and developing a digital marketing team. In-depth knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software. Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
