Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire aHead Of Sales, Fintech and Digitalfor one of our partners, a multinational financial services company.
Summary:
Head Of Sales, Fintech and Digital will be responsible for helping the company achieve its growth targets with FinTech’s and widen its market share as well as creating trusted relationship with the FinTech and digital companies and increase its portfolio of payment solutions throughout the company's set of Products.

Responsibilities:


  • Ultimate responsibility of the relationship with Fintech and Digital companies in the region of North and Sub-Sahara Africa covering the group company’s sales and product offering.
  • Manage and drive the articulation of the Client requirements from a technical, business, and financial perspectives.
  • Create a sales pipeline for Fintech solutions to expand the company's offering and engagement in the market.
  •  Drive all commercial arrangements whilst, managing a competitive positioning for the company within Markets.
  •  Work closely with cross-functional teams including Business, Product, Finance, Operations, and other teams to communicate a deep understanding of FinTech requirements.
  • Act as final escalation point internally within other teams in resolving issues with or requirements from Fintech as a partner.
  •  Communicate effectively with Fintech regional & global teams to resolve issues and ensure group interests are being met.
  •  Able to track the market new initiatives and Fintech engagement in the market to establish strong connection.
  •  Build good connections in Central banks to track new initiatives of engagement of Fintech in the different markets.
  • Build, maintain and report to the Leadership Team (NLT) financial overview of the contribution of Fintech within the different business units.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
  • Experience in developing documentation, presentation, and other material.
  • Experience in using analytical tools, methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience Payment systems, Switch & Card / Merchant management domains.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge in services, functions and technical solutions used in payment services industry. 
  • Experience in solutions in payment services industry. 
  • Excellent analytical & Presentation skills.
  • Payment scheme related process.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills - both verbal and written.
  • Able to close deals with clients and act as trustful reference in all payment relation solution
