We are looking for a passionate HR Business Partner who will ensure that the Recruitment Machine is running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value in our growth phase! And who will support with Talent Retention and Organization Development.


Talent Acquisition & Onboarding


  • Own the recruitment process; including job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, job offers, and hiring.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria.
  • Design job descriptions, job cards and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Improve the recruitment process and provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • Responsible for employees onboarding & induction programs.

Organization Development


  • Support with organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance and culture.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitating change management efforts, including communications and training.
  • Creates & updates policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement & Employer Branding


  • Understand the culture of the company and deliver HR initiatives to increase happiness and team engagement.
  • Performs employees' satisfaction survey and performs analysis of the survey output.
  • Improve eNPS and improve our employer branding.
  • Improve and manage our benefits scheme.

The ideal candidate will have


  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 6-7 years of experience in HR with special focus in TA, OD and Employer Branding
  • Experience in hiring technical roles is a bonus
  • Previous experience in Training and OD is a must
  • Experience with ATS and LinkedIn
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent command in English, written and spoken
  • Previous startup/SaaS experience is preferred
