HR Director

We are currently hiring HR Director who will act as a strategic partner to the business, ensure a seamless end-to-end employee experience and leading the HR department. This role involves overseeing all HR functions to deliver on the company’s objectives. The HR Director will be responsible for a broad range of activities including policy development, recruitment, performance management, compensation, talent management, and strategic HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities & duties:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Steer the HR team with definitive management structures, delineating roles, and responsibilities. Supervise task distribution, provide mentorship, and conduct performance assessments. Cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the HR team.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
Direct the recruitment strategy, ensuring efficient hiring processes and robust onboarding procedures. Champion ongoing talent development, including the implementation of training programs and career advancement opportunities. Foster a learning environment that encourages professional growth and skill enhancement.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Administer all facets of the employee journey, from induction to exit, guaranteeing a uniform and enriching experience. Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction throughout their tenure. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline transitions at various lifecycle stages.
HR Systems & Data Management:
Assume complete control of HRIS, HR ticketing system and other HR technologies, maintaining precise and current employee records. Leverage data analytics to inform HR strategies and decision-making. Safeguard data integrity and confidentiality across all HR platforms.
Performance & Compensation Oversight:
Propel the performance evaluation cycle and oversee compensation frameworks, including salary benchmarking and incentive allocations. Develop and refine performance metrics that align with business objectives. Analyze market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Ensure precise management of payroll inputs and oversee the provision of employee benefits, while maintaining adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Evaluate and optimize benefits offerings to meet employee needs and organizational goals.
Coordinate with the payroll team to guarantee smooth and efficient payroll procedures.
Legal Compliance & Employee Relations:
Enforce compliance with employment legislation and manage workplace relations, encompassing conflict resolution and fostering a collegial atmosphere. Conduct regular reviews of HR policies to ensure legal conformity. Serve as a mediator in employee disputes, promoting fair and amicable resolutions.
Organizational Development:
Propel organizational growth initiatives, such as role structuring, organizational mapping, and strategic HR forecasting. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement structural changes. Guide the organization through development phases with strategic HR insights.
HR Budgeting & Reporting:
Oversee the HR budget, anticipate future requirements, and deliver periodic reports on HR statistics and activities. Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize HR investments. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Policy Governance & Advisory:
Function as the primary advisor for policy inquiries and offer governance counsel and updates to the enterprise. Develop and maintain a comprehensive policy framework that supports organizational objectives. Educate and guide stakeholders on policy implications and best practices.
Administration:
Implement administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency within the organization. Oversee the management of office and corporate administration tasks to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Human Resources, including 3-5 years in a senior managerial capacity, preferably in a fast-paced BPO environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate within a team environment. Proficient in project and change management methodologies. Acute business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Analytical prowess, with strong numerical and problem-solving abilities. Expertise in labor law and a proven track record of legal compliance. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new technological systems. A meticulous and resourceful approach to HR management. Experience as an HR Advisor, with a deep understanding of consultative practices. Comprehensive knowledge of standard HR policies and procedures. Practical experience with HRIS systems, preferably BambooHR. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
