Job Description

We are currently HR Generalist who supports the HR team, carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: personnel, onboarding, recruitment/employment, compensation & benefits.


Key responsibilities & duties:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate selection processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance-related matters.
  • Administer the performance management program and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and Workforce data to identify trends, and insights.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and develop appropriate training programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create individual development plans for employees.
  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, conduct exit interviews, and coordinate with various departments to ensure the return of company property
  • Assist with employee relations.
  • Manage Benefits and participate in initiatives to improve offerings.
  • Plays an active role in HR projects & initiatives in employee engagement, employer branding projects.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 1-2 years of operational HR experience
  • Team player, proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • A pro-active, enthusiastic individual with the ability to operate in a positive, helpful, and productive manner.
