HR Manger

Rekrut is hiring for one of our Clients "GEOMATEX" an experienced HR Manger to join their dynamic team. As an HR Manger  you will be responsible for:
-Designs and delivers OD and change management strategies, processes and
interventions that support the GEOMATEX ambition to be a high performing
organization; to include initiatives which foster a high-performance culture, where
valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and
evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs based on the
best practices.
- Maintains the work structure and workflow by updating job specifications and job
descriptions for all positions.
- Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing
program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit
interviews; and recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and
training programs (on-boarding.)
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years’ experience in Human Resources activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Analytical Skills.
