Proficient in meeting company demands by solving the existing talent gap in the hierarchy.
Ability to conduct a swift interview and selection process to hire suitable candidates within the prescribed time limit.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter
Proficient in planning candidate selection rounds as per suggestions of the top-level management.
Bachelor's degree holder with a proven record of academic, internship, or work experience in hiring and recruitment activities.
