Job Description

CardoO is looking to hire in-store after-sales specialists.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding after-sales support to customers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have with purchased products.
  • Handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of after-sales transactions and customer interactions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and inventory management, to facilitate the after-sales process.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or after-sales role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
