What you will be doing
Manage the usage of packing materials and make sure the usage matching with the dispatched orders Create and develop the packaging guidelines for each category of the items Manage weekly cycle-count for the packing materials and make sure there are no wasting materials Manage the Same day delivery with the inventory team and make sure 100% of the orders are shipped Achieve 100% of inbound KPIs Audit the inbound products Audit all the investigation cases and make sure this not exceed the SLA Audit the team attendance, break time, working performance and create monthly one to one appraisal Update the team schedule weekly to be matched with expected volume of orders
What we are looking for
3 years of experience in warehousing 5S and Kaizen background Background experience in QA Management is required Self-motivated and team player Able to work under stress and flexible with frequently changing work locations English proficiency
