About the role : We're seeking an Insights Lead to drive data-driven decision-making across all departments. Your role involves identifying risks and opportunities, particularly in refurbishment/workshop operations and vehicle movement. You'll leverage SQL proficiency to build dashboards, present insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and present detailed performance dashboards for refurbishment/workshop operations monthly and weekly, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Develop and maintain automated daily monitoring dashboards and KPIs to track performance and identify potential issues.
Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their data needs and provide insights to support their decision-making processes.
Collaborate with refurbishment/workshop teams to identify business risks and opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights.
Analyze data related to vehicle movement across different business stages and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and dashboard development.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered instead of a degree.
Proven experience in data analysis, insights generation, and strategic decision-making. Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Ability to analyze complex data sets, create formulas, and generate reports.
Familiarity with SQL for data extraction.
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis efficiently.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with numbers, interpreting complex KPIs, and drawing actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Collaborative and adaptable mindset. Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders, fostering productive working relationships.
