Description
1. Sales Generation: Actively seek out new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients within the HORECA sector. Promote and sell Karcher cleaning machines and equipment to hotels, restaurants, and catering establishments.
2. Product Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Karcher product range, including various cleaning machines and equipment used in housekeeping and maintenance. Understand the features, benefits, and applications of each product and effectively communicate them to potential customers.
3. Customer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, provide technical support, and address customer inquiries related to Karcher products. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs.
4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses. Regularly visit clients, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the HORECA sector. Provide feedback to the management team regarding product improvements, pricing strategies, and market opportunities.
6. Training and Support: Provide training sessions and guidance to customers on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Karcher cleaning machines. Assist customers in optimizing the use of Karcher products to achieve desired cleaning results.
7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the sales manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in hotels, housekeeping, or a similar sector within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Karcher or similar cleaning machines and equipment is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
