Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences or chemical engineering. A post-graduate degree in IP is a plus. Strong technical knowledge in chemistry. + 3 years of intellectual Property, particularly patent experience. In-depth understanding of patent prosecution rules and procedures. Experience with global patent filing strategies. Proficiency in patent research and database utilization. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in analyzing patents, scientific journal papers, and related documents. Knowledge of patent laws, rules, and procedures. General understanding of pharma business practices and laws relating to the protection of intellectual property. Familiarity with the types of contracts involved in IP transactions. Excellent organizational skills, including project management abilities. Solid business acumen, with the ability to integrate IP and business risks and considerations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Highly developed organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
