Job Description

  • Plan, design, and oversee irrigation and fertilization systems to ensure optimal plant growth and yield.
  • Develop and implement irrigation and fertilization plans to meet crop water and nutrient requirements.
  • Manage and organize work tasks for the irrigation and fertilization team.
  • Ability to design irrigation networks using Autocad
  • Conduct soil and water analysis to determine crop water and nutrient requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as Global GAP and ISO standards.
  • Monitor and analyze irrigation and fertilization data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure irrigation and fertilization systems are integrated with other farm operations.
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of irrigation and fertilization systems.
  • Develop and implement training programs for irrigation and fertilization staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in irrigation and fertilization technologies, and apply them to improve farm operations.
