about the role
Proactive Learning Interventions:
Identify emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices to proactively address learning needs before they become gaps.
Implement proactive measures to foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Actively engage with stakeholders locally and globally to understand business goals and align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.
Learning Programs Management From Design to Delivery :
Develop innovative and engaging learning programs, incorporating a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
Utilize adult learning principles to create content that is relevant, practical, and applicable to diverse learning styles.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience and reach a geographically dispersed audience.
Developement Plans & Training Needs Analysis:
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and abilities across various teams and departments.
Build strong partnerships with leaders and managers to understand their teams' learning needs.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, external vendors, and industry professionals to enhance the quality and relevance of learning content.
Communication, logisitics and feedback management:
Effectively communicate learning initiatives, objectives, and opportunities to the organization.
Provide regular updates on the impact and success of proactive learning interventions.
Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve and refine learning initiatives.
about you
Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technologically proficient with experience in e-learning platforms and digital learning tools.
Comfort acting in a virtual or remote work environment.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate learning needs and develop timely interventions.
Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development
Fluency in English & Arabic is crucial. French is a plus.
Flexibility to navigate diverse work styles, communication preferences, and cultural norms within the team.
